To be sold are the contents of the historic Livingston Mansion and it’s outbuildings. Built in 1914, this historic 6800 sq.’bungalow home has been owned by one family for the past 22 years. Prior to that it had been a bed & breakfast and at one time a restaurant. Our unique format for this sale is an estate sale on day one and an auction on day two.
